Eucharistic Adoration is a posture of love, the placing of yourself in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ in the Blessed Sacrament. Eucharistic Exposition is time we spend adoring Christ in His Real Presence visible in the Monstrance on the Altar.

You can say a prayer before Him, use a devotional or simply remain in the loving silence of Our Lord's presence. The fact that you are there is a prayer in and of itself because you are showing your love and belief that Jesus is truly present in the Eucharist.
