Expectations:

• Youth Handbell Choir members are students in grades 6-12 who are available to play at various times during the year.

• Each member commits to one rehearsal a week at 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesdays. Occasionally rehearsals may be rescheduled to another day due to holidays.

• Warm-up on Sundays is 30-40 minutes before a scheduled Mass.

• When a member is absent, it is the duty of the parents to inform the youth handbell director and to sign out on a calendar in the Liturgy and Music Office. This helps the director plan for how many members will be present at a given Mass and to find substitutes when necessary.

• Each member commits to one rehearsal a week from 7:15 to 9 p.m. Wednesdays. Occasionally rehearsals may be rescheduled to another day due to holidays.

• Warm-up on Sundays is 30-40 minutes before a scheduled Mass.
