How the Ministry Works
- New altar servers attend an initial training program of two, 2-hour sessions on their role, the objects used in the celebration of the liturgy and familiarity with the structure of the Mass.
- On average, altar servers are scheduled once or twice a month, depending on Mass preference and number of others available for the same Mass(es).

Expectations
- This ministry is open to adults and students in grade 6 or higher.
- Altar servers must dress appropriately.
- Servers should arrive at Mass at least 15 minutes early and stay after Mass to complete other assigned responsibilities.
